- Showdown Showdown is a separate wagering experience with its own registration, balance and controls. Limits and breaks set on your Swiftbet.co account do not carry across to it.
- Responsible gambling Deposit limits, taking a break and self-exclusion. Lowering a limit applies immediately, raising one waits out a seven-day cooling-off period, and a break cannot be shortened once it starts.
- Technical help What to do when a page will not load, a bet will not submit or a message does not arrive. Include the page address and the time it happened — it shortens the reply considerably.

Use Swiftbet.co wagering services only after creating an account and completing the required identity and age verification. Services are available only to customers aged 18+ years or older.
Existing customers use Log In from the main navigation to access their account securely using registered login credentials.
Identity and age verification may be required before full account functionality becomes available, ensuring compliance with Australian wagering regulations.
Once signed in, customers can manage account details, review wagering activity and access available account controls as well as Responsible Gambling configurations.
Account
Your details.
Name, address and contact details are part of your verified identity, so they are changed through support rather than in the account screen. Write from the email address on the account and say what needs correcting.
Every bet placed from the slip appears under Recent activity in My Account with the event, selection, odds, stake and potential return. The list keeps the most recent 50 bets.
Ask support to close the account. If the reason is gambling harm, consider a break or BetStop self-exclusion instead — both take effect immediately and cannot be reversed on request.
Deposits & withdrawals
Money in, money out.
Debit cards, bank transfer and the digital wallets shown in the footer. Credit cards are not accepted for sports betting anywhere in Australia — that is law, not a site policy.
A deposit limit caps the total you can deposit within its period. Once the limit is reached further deposits are blocked until the period resets; funds already in the account stay available.
Withdrawals return to the method the money came from. Timing depends on your bank, and identity verification must be complete before the first withdrawal is released.
Sports betting
How a bet works.
Each row shows the competition, the region and the start time, then the market type and the available selections with their odds. Clicking an odds button puts that selection in the bet slip.
Selections from different matches combine into a multi and their odds are multiplied. Picking the other side of a match you already have replaces it — one selection per market.
The odds shown in the slip at the moment you press Place Bet are the odds the bet is recorded at. Later movement in the market does not change a bet already placed.
Racing
Next to jump.
Next to jump lists meetings by jump time across thoroughbreds, harness and greyhounds. Selecting a meeting loads its runners, barriers, jockeys and recent form.
Win and Place are single selections on one runner. Same race multi combines several runners from the one race and multiplies their odds — the mode toggle above the table switches between them.
A scratched runner is removed from the market. If it was in your slip but the bet was not yet placed, remove it with the cross on that row before submitting.
Showdown
A separate account.
Showdown has its own registration, its own balance and its own responsible-gambling controls. Nothing is shared with the standard account beyond your identity.
No. A deposit limit or a break set on your Swiftbet.co account does not apply to Showdown, and the reverse is also true. Set controls on both if you want them everywhere.
Use Create Showdown Account on the Showdown page. It starts a separate registration; the same age and residency rules apply.
Responsible gambling
Stay in control.
Choose an amount and a period in My Account. Lowering a limit applies immediately. Raising or removing one waits out a seven-day cooling-off period, and the old limit stays in force until then.
A break pauses wagering for 1 to 30 days and the account reopens by itself when it ends. A break cannot be shortened once it has started — that is the point of it.
BetStop is the National Self-Exclusion Register for Australia. Registering there blocks you at every licensed Australian online bookmaker at once, not only here.
Technical help
When something breaks.
Reload once, then try a private window to rule out a stale cached file. If it persists, send us the page address and the time — that pair is usually enough to find it in the logs.
Check the message under the Place Bet button: an active break or a reached deposit limit both block a bet on purpose and say so. Anything else, send us the selection and the time.
